Day one of the school year, a day for new beginnings. A new class, a new group of students, a new teacher and yet as always some things stay the same. We're still a great school, with great students and great teachers.At Muritai we still have Howie Learn. Howie represents us as learners and what we need to do to be the best we can be. Howie carries around a lot of equipment for learning, just like we do.
We also have the 8 school values that represent the key values for learning. These values permeate all aspects of being students at Muritai School and make us well rounded individuals. The students spent a lot of time today first identifying them, then defining them and finally providing examples of how we could display these values. And the consensus....there are so many different ways we can show these.Bring on the rest of the year...
